The staff was very helpful and friendly.
We have spent a 9 day vacation in France. During that time we have changed 6 hotels. This one was the worst one. When we arrived at 9 PM, there was no parking available for our car. Room wall was dirty. It looked like somebody spilled some coffee on it . Room was very dark. The interior of the room is really ugly. I do not believe it was done by a professional. Even though the floor looks like new it is very squeaky. The table under the staircase is so small that even 2 people can not seat there to drink some coffee. And who put that table under the staircase facing the empty wall anyway? It felt like a prison sell.

Perfect hotel for a large family and dog in transit - and walking distance from the city centre. Actually, I had two adjoining double rooms and staff were very helpful in finding us the ideal combination.

The family rooms are in my opinion unsafe as they do not have a stairgate, the wooden floor is a risk for people to slip down. The rail is to low in the upstairs room and the windows are too low to the floor for kids.
see above and the lighting was poor in the rooms

Great value for money, with spacious rooms and top quality toiletries. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, not in the very center, but close to some pastry shops and a short walk or drive to city center.
All was great, no complaints.
